March, the month that the spring officially starts and one of the most beautiful months of the year. For me, March meant something more. It is the middle month of my EVS, here in Romania. At the beginning of the month, I was the only European volunteer in Tîrgu Frumos, Iaşi, but on the last day of the month, we were twelve volunteers! Starting the month activities, with Florin, a volunteer of our organization, we continue the multiple intelligence workshops, at Petru Rareş Technological school. The workshops went very good. We had everyday participation from the students and they really enjoyed it, especially the music intelligence workshop. Also with Jamal and Martha, who came from Norway, we discussed and organized the last details about the upcoming short-term EVS project we would have at the end of the month. February, my fifth month as a volunteer in Romania, it was so full of nice people and learning achievements. Everything I learned I will keep it to use for my future plans! If January was the month of organizing things, February was the month when everything we planned got in "flesh and bone".  The first activity was a chemistry workshop by Alina-Mirela Ipate, in our youth center. Many children came, we played, we did the experiments that Alina showed us and I learned a lot of new words with the help of my new little friends.  Then with Mihaela, we visited Petru Rareş Technological High-School and the High-School for youth with a sight-impairment "Moldova" to establish new activities for the students. At Petru Rareş school we did “The Polite project”. It was a very useful project for the students, the teachers and us. The new year arrived and I am reflecting about everything I did in the previous year, on all the learning achievements and I am defining all the things I want to do this year. I try to organise my mind and my time, so I will learn as much as possible and I rely as always, on the help of my mentor Dragoş, Mihaela, the coordinator of my EVS project, and of course, on the help of Alin, my Romanian teacher, who I say sorry cause I still can't pronounce correct ă and â. January was the month of organising and planning the projects of the year, so before doing that I did a fast journey to Cluj Napoca. I visited the city center, museums, and Salina Turda, a place that was used to export salt. I sailed with a small boat inside that place and it was so captivating to be inside the earth in the dark with my boat and just to row! De ce m-aş întoarce la şcoală? Asta e întrebarea pe care mi-am pus-o şi eu cu câteva zile în urmă când Nikolia, un voluntar din Grecia, venit în Târgu Frumos printr-un proiect EVS, m-a rugat să o ajut cu un program în cadrul liceului Petru Rareş, numit "Programul de dezvoltare a inteligenţelor multiple", care a presupus ca timp de două ore pe zi, să interacţionăm cu 15-20 de elevi şi să le explicăm prin metode non-formale, conceptul inteligenţelor multiple. La început am vrut să refuz, gândindu-mă ca şi voi, că am aşteptat doisprezece ani să termin liceul iar acum nu ar trebui să mă întorc acolo de bună voie. Până la urmă am acceptat fiindcă am mai lucrat şi în alte ocazii cu Nikolia şi am făcut-o bine, dar şi fiindcă nu am vrut să o las să se lupte singură cu traducerea engleză-română.   Between 27 February - 2 March 2019, we had the pleasure to host for the Advance Planning Meeting (APV), two representatives: Marthe and Jamal, from the group of Norwegian volunteers that will come for two weeks volunteering service, in April, in our organisation.  The project is called Youth Work Students in Action (YWSiA) and aims to develop through relevant practice, the youth-working skills of 7 high-school students from Bergen, Norway.   Our colleague, Andreea Negoi is these days in Uganda, attending the first event of the KA2 project "Empowering Ugandan youth with EVS". We will share in this post, her experience and pictures from the hosting organisation. Today was the first day of the transnational kick-off-meeting in Uganda to begin work on the project called "Empowering Ugandan youth with EVS". This project is part of Erasmus KA 2 -  Capacity building in the field of youth. Together with partners from Turkey (Uçarlı Gençlik Derneğiand) and Spain (Asociación, Cultural Social Educativa Segundas Oportunidades), we are having the first visit to our partner association, Kawempe Youth Development Association, an organisation that works with the street children, orphans and young people, providing them a home and education. While I was looking at my things, I found a paper on which I had written my 2018 New Year resolution. I felt proud of myself because I succeed in most of the things that were written on the list, especially for the first and the second one, to do volunteering and to travel. I was looking at how I can do that and I found the answer, I had to do an EVS. It was something I definitely wanted to do in my life. And I was lucky because I met the right people, at the right place. So I am doing a 12 months long EVS in Tîrgu Frumos, Iaşi, Romania with Asirys - Super Tineri and I would like to share some reasons why everyone should do an EVS. 1. Astăzi împlinim 10 ani de activitate. Timpul a trecut repede, proiectele s-au înmulţit şi au evoluat, oameni noi ni s-au alăturat, unii voluntari au plecat, am crescut şi am învăţat, şi desigur, nu am terminat!  Pentru a sărbători şi pentru a vă revela sursa motivaţiei noastre, vă vom împărtăşi  mai multe mesaje scrise de voluntarii noştri.  "Știam ce vreau să fac. În perioada 26-28 februarie 2019, am participat la prima întâlnire din cadrul proiectului KA2: "Gender out of the box". Întâlnirea, organizată în Sofia, a reunit 9 lideri/reprezentanţi de organizaţii din Albania, Macedonia, Grecia, Bulgaria, Italia, Spania, Kosovo, Serbia şi România, care şi-au prezentat organizaţiile, au planificat, au discutat, au stabilit activităţile locale şi au definit câteva idei de logo pentru proiect.  Pe scurt, activităţile care se vor desfăşura în perioada următoare, sunt: Seminar în Durres , Albania, în perioada 19-26 martie 2019, pentru 3 coordonatori şi lucrători de tineret cu experienţă în educaţie non-formală; Training în Stip , Macedonia, în perioada 2-10 mai 2019, pentru 3 lucrători de tineret; Activitate locală . Organizaţia noastră va realiza un atelier valorificând metodele învăţate în cele două mobilităţi, cu mai multe clase de elevi de la Liceul Tehnologic "Petru Rareş". În perioada 30 martie - 14 aprilie 2019, Asociaţia Super Tineri (ASIRYS) va găzdui 10 liceeni norvegieni (17-19 ani) prin Programul Erasmus+. Elevii vor desfăşura activităţi de voluntariat în şcolile din Tîrgu Frumos şi satele limitrofe. Căutăm 5 familii gazdă, din Tîrgu Frumos sau satele din apropiere, ce doresc să interacţioneze şi să găzduiască tineri norvegieni, pentru o perioadă de două săptămâni.  Prin găzduirea în sânul unei familii, ne dorim ca tinerii să experimenteze viaţa de zi cu zi în România, să descopere cultura şi specificul regiunii noastre.  Pentru cei interesaţi, precizăm următoarele: - perioada de găzduire e de două săptămâni (30 martie - 14 aprilie 2019), programul de activităţi al liceenilor în cadrul asociaţiei se va desfăşura între orele 10:00 - 17:00, de luni până vineri; - tinerii au optat pentru a sta câte doi în familie, astfel că e nevoie ca în cameră să fie un pat dublu, paturi suprapuse sau o altă variantă; - familia gazdă va primi un grant în
