Project Title: Nutrition Education for Healthy Kids Changemaker:  Ionela Amăriuței Message for the world: Live in the present! 1. Previous experience   It is my first project.     2. The Problem   Nowadays, we see more and more children affected by obesity. One of the causes is the lack of nutrition education. In my town, the children prefer to eat junk food and sweets because they never had a proper discussion about the impact of bad nutrition on their health. As children learn to read or write, in the same way, they must learn how to feed correctly, but this doesn't happen.   3. The Solution   My project is to share with 12 children my healthy nutrition tips and tricks and inform them that obesity is the result of their choices. During the activity, we will discuss about the difference between healthy and unhealthy food, what is the real food, how can we make it to taste and look good. The Problem   My passion has always been to sing on a stage, but I knew I could not do it without going to school and getting my diploma. I moved from Italy to Romania at a age where it was hard to be transferred from a school to another in different countries that is why, I had to quit school at the age of 9. Nowadays, at 15 years old, I tried to enroll but I couldn't get any support. One of the schools I went told me I am too old and other girls from Roma community, at my age, have children. Instead of focusing on the bad side, I fought to make my dream come true, to be able to dance and sing on a real stage. Previous experience   I did not organize previous activities but I learned about children rights in the social education class.   2. The Problem   The online classes we had lately due the Covid-19, are not very effective for learning, especially among the younger students. I have noticed that my brothers and colleagues are struggling to understand online courses. There are some children in my community who do not have good internet access or they don't have a good device to connect to online classes, therefore, because they don't go to school, their access to education is restricted. 3. The Solution   My plan is to organize a non-formal educational program for 15 children aged 6 to 10 years. The lessons will be facilitated by me, with the support of my mother, who is a primary school teacher. The children will learn Romanian language and mathematics

Project Title: I want to be a doctor! Changemaker:  Cosmin Curelaru Message for the world: Every child has the right to specialized medical services! 1. Previous experience   No, I have never organized such activities before. 2. The Problem   My biggest dream is to become a doctor even-though I have not much support for it. I am motivated by the fact that in my village, Zmeu, where 80% of the population is represented by the Rroma community, we don't have access to proper medical care.  Most of the children have never been to a doctor. I would like myself to learn more about how I can become a doctor and to encourage other children from my village to see it as a career option. 3. Previous experience   It is my first project.     2. The Problem   I noticed in my city that some children are raised in disadvantaged environments, so they do not have access to learning opportunities for personal development. Some of them are required to do various housework and exhausting tasks from an early age. I think this violated their right to education. 3. The Solution I want together with my team, to carry out a non-formal educational program for the disadvantaged children of my town, in order to support their personal development. The program will consist in 4 workshops facilitated by each member of my team. The topics of the workshops will be: theater,  Lego, emotional intelligence, music and poetry. Previous experience   When I was younger, I organized a campaign for promoting a healthy lifestyle by doing sport or dance, among the children of my class. Unfortunately, I don’t have any links.     2. The Problem In my village there are many people who do not understand the impact on their health and throw away, without caring, the garbage that comes from their daily activities. I have noticed several times how drivers throw packaging in traffic, which end up on the green field or in public spaces. These types of behaviors are affecting the children's well-being and represents a bad example for them.   3. The Solution I would like to run an awareness campaign on the impact of mismanagement of waste in order to inspire the people of my village to care more about the environment and to keep it clean. Arts Lab 2.0 was a project funded by European Solidarity Corps that involved 4 volunteers passionate about arts, interested in developing themselves: Hanul Choi from Spain, Deniz Ataman from Turkey, Eliana Colzani from Italy and Omar Franco from Spain. The team of volunteer facilitated activities within the youth center of Super Tineri - ASIRYS Association from Târgu Frumos, Iași, Romania. The main results of project were: 1. 4 young European artists developed skills and competences useful for their personal, educational, social, civic and professional growth of by a 8-month volunteering mobility involving creative and artistic activities as film-making, music, photography, ceramic, crafts and other cultural activities. 2. 10 northeastern schools and lyceums learned about volunteering and the European Solidarity Programme. 3. 80 children and young people from rural areas had access to artistic workshops for the personal development.  The project provided the access of young people to

Proiectul Arts Lab a fost un proiect de voluntariat, care a implicat 4 voluntari, cu vârsta cuprinsă între 18 şi 30 de ani, din Spania, Franța, Italia și Belgia. Proiectul a fost coordonat şi găzduit de Asociaţia SUPER TINERI (ASIRYS) în Târgu Frumos, jud. Iaşi, fiind finanțat de Programul Erasmus Plus, cu sprijinul Uniunii Europene.  Arts Lab 1.0 a implicat voluntari pasionaţi de arte în domeniile picturii, muzicii, fotografiei, dansului (contemporan și balet) şi a lucrului manual, care au realizat activităţi atât în mediul urban, cât şi în mediul rural. Scopul proiectului, de a implica tineri cu oportunităţi reduse în activităţi artistice de voluntariat şi de educaţie nonformala, a fost îndeplinit. Majoritatea obiectivelor proiectului au fost depăşite, astfel: - 4 voluntari internaţionali s-au dezvoltat personal prin cursuri de formare, prin crearea şi furnizarea către 100 de copii şi tineri cu oportunităţi reduse din Târgu Frumos şi satele limitrofe, a unui pachet de activităţi crea

Dacă sunteți antreprenor, aveți oportunitatea de a ne susține fără niciun cost! Companiile care doresc să sprijine ONG-urile își pot deduce cheltuielile de sponsorizare în procent de 0,75% din cifra de afaceri, dar nu mai mult de 20% din impozitul pe profit datorat. Aceşti bani oricum nu rămân în companie, ei pot să meargă fie la stat, fie la o organizaţie non-profit de încredere. Finalul de an este perioada cea mai propice pentru luarea deciziei de acordare de sponsorizări deoarece societățile comerciale au o imagine de ansamblu privind nivelul cifrei de afaceri și al impozitului pe profit, care le permite stabilirea sumei acordate ca sponsorizare.  Care sunt paşii sponsorizării? Se calculează suma aferentă celor 20% din impozitul pe venit/profit al companiei pe anul în curs sau pe trimestrul 4 (în cazul microintreprinderilor, acestea trebuie să urmeze pașii la finalul fiecărui trimestru); Se semnează un Contract de Sponsorizare, care se completează în 2 exemplare, până la 31 decembri

Vești bune pentru sectorul ONG, procedurile de înființare și funcționare a ONG-urilor s-au simplificat. În vara anului 2020, am operat câteva modificări la nivelul asociației, primele în 11 ani de activitate, iar tot procesul a presupus extrem  de multă birocrație. Iată că începând cu data de 5  decembrie 2020, o nouă lege a intrat în vigoare. Modificările pot fi vizualizate, în tabelul creat de Centrul pentru Legislație Nonprofit. Partenerul nostru francez, Parcours le Monde, va organiza pe 17 decembrie 2020, în intervalul 16:30 - 18:00 (15:30 - ora Franței), un concurs online numit EU BIG Bingo. La activitate sunt invitați voluntarii, beneficiarii și tinerii din asociația noastră și din instituțiile/organizațiile partenere, interesați să descopere experiențele internaționale și să socializeze în context non-formal. Pentru a participa, limba engleză nu este o necesitate, e importantă doar dorința de a împărtăși. Concursul va implica și participanți din alte țări europene, precum tineri din Franța și Finlanda. De ceva timp suntem partenerii Fundației Kids Rights din Olanda, sub îndrumarea cărora implementăm programul Changemakers. Până în prezent ne-am întâlnit cu 30 de copii cu vârstele între 10 și 17 ani, din Târgu Frumos și comunele limitrofe, cu care am realizat 4 ateliere de pregătire în domeniul managementului de proiecte pe tema drepturilor copiilor. Ne simțim inspirați și motivați să-i sprijinim pe copiii comunității noastre să dezvolte și să implementeze primul lor proiect pentru că știm că această experiență are potențialul de a-i transforma în lideri și promotori ai schimbării sustenabile în comunitățile mici.  A doua etapă, după participarea la atelierul de formare de manageri de proiecte, este scrierea proiectului. Formularul de aplicație este destul de simplu, cea mai provocatoare parte fiind definirea obiectivelor SMART. De aceea, ca să-i ajutăm pe managerii noștri de proiecte în domeniul drepturilor copiilor, să-și formuleze corect obiectivele, am decis să scriem un întreg ar

În cadrul proiectului Arts Lab, am solicitat un fond suplimentar pentru a încuraja mai multe organizaţii şi instituţii, în special din mediul rural, din regiunea nord-est să afle despre beneficiile voluntariatului internaţional şi despre oportunităţile oferite de Programul Erasmus Plus. Inițial am dorit să organizăm o singură conferință, însă pandemia ne-a determinat să organizăm 3 evenimente. Prima conferință a avut loc în cadrul Festivalul "Folcloristica", un eveniment ce promovează implicarea tinerilor în protejarea patrimoniul cultural popular, în vara anului 2019. Al doilea eveniment a fost organizat în Târgu Frumos, la final de iulie 2020, iar a treia s-a desfășurat în Durău, în luna septembrie 2020.   În perioada 19-20 septembrie, am organizat în Durău, a treia Conferință Non-formală de Promovare și Valorificare a Patrimoniului Cultural prin Proiecte și Inițiative de Voluntariat în Regiunea Moldova, un eveniment finanțat de Programul Erasmus Plus, cu sprijinul Uniunii
