Căutăm 12 voluntari care să fie activi în echipa noastră, în perioada mai - decembrie 2021. Voluntarii vor avea contracte de voluntariat, iar la finalul stagiilor vor primi adeverințe/certificate de voluntariat. Pentru înscriere, click AICI . Pe 26 februarie 2021, am împlinit 12 ani de activitate, 12 ani în care am lucrat cu peste 500 de voluntari internaționali și peste 2000 de tineri din județul Iași. Proiectele pe care le dezvoltăm sunt cea mai bună și plăcută variantă pentru ca tinerii să acumuleze experiență și să-și dezvolte competențe cheie, utile în dezvoltarea lor personală și profesională.  Noii voluntari vor realiza activități în funcție de interesele și pasiunile pe care le au, în 3 proiecte locale și internaționale ale organizației noastre: Craftastic : un schimb internațional cu 40 tineri din 8 țări, pe tema protecției mediului, finanțat de Erasmus+; Arts Lab 3.0 : 5 voluntari din Europa vor realiza stagii de 8 luni în Târgu Frumos, unde vor dezvolta alături de voluntar

They need charity, social program, proper education, but beside these, the children facing poverty need interactions, friends and a informal space to share and to learn.  As a changemaker, I want to help a group of children from Boureni to realize that their situation can be overcome. 3. The Problem : Working-exploited children are not only deprived of an adequate wage but of their childhood and have to become adults in advance through the hard work they are subjected to. The conditions under which they live are harmful to their health, but also to their physical and intellectual development, preventing them from having time to play or even go to school. I see many children around me struggling, with low self-confidence and healthy beliefs. The children must learn that they deserve much more and they can overcome all their problems by making their life more fun, without interfering in the relationship with their parents. 3. The Problem : Sexual abuse and harassment affect the child's well-being, growth and development and have important consequences throughout life. Statistics say that more and more children in Iași county are victims of sexual harassment and abuse. There are few options for children to find out what they can do to prevent and how to act if they have been victims of child abuse. 3. The Solution :   I would like to organize a meeting where I will show the girls pictures and videos that describe what harassment and sexual abuse is. I will teach them how to react to it, what options they have and how to defend themselves. My plan is also to invite a policewoman to share her knowledge with us. 4. The Problem : One of the problems of the children from my village is the departure of the parents for working abroad. Personally, I was affected by this issue, as my father left the country for several years due to a lack of financial resources. Migration abroad is an important problem in Romania, some researches say that we have the highest rate in the world, after Syria. The statistics report that the negative effects on the children's life are important: child abuse, neglect, psychological effects as pain, anxiety, depression, the loneliness of children, maternal and paternal deprivation, absence from school, juvenile delinquency, and others. The Problem : Children in rural areas have fewer options to explore their passions and do personal development activities. In addition to the lack of opportunities, we have really little free time. After finishing the school program, we must continue to work and to do exercises, sometimes on 5 or 6 different subjects, and, also, help our families with household chores. There are maybe one or two hours left, but is in the evening when we are not able to go out and spend time with our friends or just playing or do something we really like. Only a few teachers give us the chance to learn in a different way or include our passions in our homework. 3. The Problem : In my village, Zmeu, many children face poverty that affects their life in a negative way. Poverty is reflected in material, mental and physical matters, with my project I want to focus on the issue related to the lack of role-models. There are many persons that succeeded in their life even-though their grow up in difficult conditions.  3. The Solution : My activity consists in facilitating a meeting between the children of my village and a person who managed from poverty, to overcome his condition through passion and became what he wanted. The Problem : In my village, Fărcășeni, there are many children exploited through work, and for this reason, they are too tired and/or they can't attend school. Most of these children are not aware of the importance of school, that is why sometimes they prefer working than going to school. I know at least 10 families in my village that have this issue.  The work is important too because it helps to live but the work should not replace the school. The role of the family is to support the children and to make sure they get the right conditions for a good education. 3. Project Title: Nutrition Education for Healthy Kids Changemaker:  Ionela Amăriuței Message for the world: Live in the present! 1. Previous experience   It is my first project.     2. The Problem   Nowadays, we see more and more children affected by obesity. One of the causes is the lack of nutrition education. In my town, the children prefer to eat junk food and sweets because they never had a proper discussion about the impact of bad nutrition on their health. As children learn to read or write, in the same way, they must learn how to feed correctly, but this doesn't happen.   3. The Solution   My project is to share with 12 children my healthy nutrition tips and tricks and inform them that obesity is the result of their choices. During the activity, we will discuss about the difference between healthy and unhealthy food, what is the real food, how can we make it to taste and look good. The Problem   My passion has always been to sing on a stage, but I knew I could not do it without going to school and getting my diploma. I moved from Italy to Romania at a age where it was hard to be transferred from a school to another in different countries that is why, I had to quit school at the age of 9. Nowadays, at 15 years old, I tried to enroll but I couldn't get any support. One of the schools I went told me I am too old and other girls from Roma community, at my age, have children. Instead of focusing on the bad side, I fought to make my dream come true, to be able to dance and sing on a real stage. Previous experience   I did not organize previous activities but I learned about children rights in the social education class.   2. The Problem   The online classes we had lately due the Covid-19, are not very effective for learning, especially among the younger students. I have noticed that my brothers and colleagues are struggling to understand online courses. There are some children in my community who do not have good internet access or they don't have a good device to connect to online classes, therefore, because they don't go to school, their access to education is restricted. 3. The Solution   My plan is to organize a non-formal educational program for 15 children aged 6 to 10 years. Previous experience   No, I have never organized such activities before. 2. The Problem   My biggest dream is to become a doctor even-though I have not much support for it. I am motivated by the fact that in my village, Zmeu, where 80% of the population is represented by the Rroma community, we don't have access to proper medical care.  Most of the children have never been to a doctor. I would like myself to learn more about how I can become a doctor and to encourage other children from my village to see it as a career option. 3. Previous experience   It is my first project.     2. The Problem   I noticed in my city that some children are raised in disadvantaged environments, so they do not have access to learning opportunities for personal development. Some of them are required to do various housework and exhausting tasks from an early age. I think this violated their right to education. 3. The Solution I want together with my team, to carry out a non-formal educational program for the disadvantaged children of my town, in order to support their personal development. The program will consist in 4 workshops facilitated by each member of my team. The topics of the workshops will be: theater,  Lego, emotional intelligence, music and poetry.
