Super Tineri ASIRYS Association is a non-profit and non-political organization, established in 2009 in Târgu Frumos, Romania, which engages youth in order to develop them into leaders of positive and sustainable change for their communities.  The mission of Super Tineri – ASIRYS is to support the progress of communities in all fields. The organizational priorities are: To create opportunities for young people; To promote civic responsibility and diversity; To preserve cultural heritage; To support and promote the arts and creative industries. In February 2020, the organization opened a new youth center (check the 3D presentation ) in which it wants to develop activities to address the 4 organizational priorities.  The idea of local volunteers is also to launch a creative café called Mapamond in order t o ensure sustainability and raise funds to support local projects and young people's free access to educational and cultural resources. The Problem :   Freedom of speech is very important to me because children should know how to be open to the world, how to socialize, to teach one another. If this right is not respected, they will not be able to have a normal childhood and, therefore, they won`t find their place in society, which leads to sad adults who aren't in control of their own life. 3. The Solution :   I will organize a workshop in which I will support 10 participants to share their opinions, by giving them the chance to participate in many games. Through this activity, I want to teach the children how to respect each other, and how important is freedom of speech. 4. The Problem : I want to teach children to accept each other, no matter their color or origin.  Because of ignorance, that is lack of knowledge, the rejection and discrimination of children is born. The problem generally starts from children's homes, where parents tell them that a certain group of people is bad. I would like to help children to get rid of this mean and wrong mentality. 3. The Solution :   I will organize two workshops where I will explain the importance of tolerance and  acceptance, while playing different games, to attract children as much as possible. Expoziția a urmărit să încurajeze tinerii de alte naționalități să identifice cele mai frumoase aspecte ale orașului Târgu Frumos. The world has  normalized this and must be stopped, many of the opinions having a major impact on the people affected. I would like to ”open the eyes” of everyone and make them realize that this problem is real! I am also involved with this project for the victims who do not see what is really abnormal in a family, especially children who get used to this behavior and do not communicate for help. 3. Most children do not receive an adequate education, because either the family is not interested and does not consider the most important education, or the environment / entourage is toxic and influential. The Problem : I believe that one of the problems in my village is poverty. Many children in my community are poor and even the things they want are small, they hardly have access to it. On the other side, the children that have a good situation are not taught to share and to be kind with those less fortunate. The problem of poverty is very difficult to solve, but what I can do is to facilitate an event to teach my friends to be better people and give a sparkle of happiness to the children in need. 3. Rutina, mai ales în timpul pandemiei, poate să fie o adevărată problemă. Noi îți propunem să dansezi, chiar dacă ai sau nu talent! În urma schimbului de tineri „Dance4Health” care a avut loc în Sint Maarten, Marea Caraibelor, în perioada 15-27 februarie 2021, am dezvoltat un workshop dedicat tinerilor, pentru a descoperi beneficiile dansului pentru un stil de viață sănătos. Atelierul are ca scop conștientizarea beneficiilor mișcării prin dans, dezvoltarea creativității și adoptarea unei atitudini optimiste asupra vieții în pandemie.  În cadrul proiectului, am aflat că dansul poate fi o modalitate bună de a te relaxa și de a-ți consuma energia creativ, chiar și pe timp de pandemie, când trebuie să respecți distanțarea socială. The Problem : I recently watched the movie "Clouds" which is about a child with terminal cancer, who could not play because of his medical issues. I realized that even there are many children with disabilities or medical problems, I never met one. In my school, there are no children with special needs and one of the reason is that they will be bullied or they will need more support from all of us. Unfortunately, I believe we are not prepared to include children with special needs in our social groups because we are not informed and educated to do so. That's why is very hard for them to make friends. With my project, I want to increase the awareness of children in my town that we are equal no matter what problems we suffer from. Context istoric În 1763, pentru a dezvolta orașul, Grigore Callimachi decide să ofere scutiri de impozite și taxe, ceea ce a motivat familiile evreiești să se stabilească în Târgu Frumos. În 1899, orașul era locuit de 2123 de evrei, aproape jumătate din populația de la acea vreme. Evreii târgoveți se rugau în 5 sinagogi - una dintre ele avea 100 de ani în 1915, erau cetățeni activi, susțineau un azil al săracilor, iar o listă a meseriilor arată că din 309 meseriași, 190 erau ''străini''. Astăzi, în Târgu Frumos nu mai locuiește niciun evreu, ultimul a murit în anii '70. Singurele mărturii fizice ale acestei legături puternice sunt un cimitir abandonat și o casă în stare avansată de degradare. 200 de ani de istorie a Târgului Frumos , peste 5000 de pietre de morminte și osemintele a 650 de oameni exterminați fără milă, din cauza etniei, în 1941, ne oferă oportunitatea de a învăța compasiunea și de a restabili o conexiune istorică profundă!  Experiență În 2015, ne-am

Căutăm 12 voluntari care să fie activi în echipa noastră, în perioada mai - decembrie 2021. Voluntarii vor avea contracte de voluntariat, iar la finalul stagiilor vor primi adeverințe/certificate de voluntariat. Pentru înscriere, click AICI . Pe 26 februarie 2021, am împlinit 12 ani de activitate, 12 ani în care am lucrat cu peste 500 de voluntari internaționali și peste 2000 de tineri din județul Iași. Proiectele pe care le dezvoltăm sunt cea mai bună și plăcută variantă pentru ca tinerii să acumuleze experiență și să-și dezvolte competențe cheie, utile în dezvoltarea lor personală și profesională.  Noii voluntari vor realiza activități în funcție de interesele și pasiunile pe care le au, în 3 proiecte locale și internaționale ale organizației noastre: Craftastic : un schimb internațional cu 40 tineri din 8 țări, pe tema protecției mediului, finanțat de Erasmus+; Arts Lab 3.0 : 5 voluntari din Europa vor realiza stagii de 8 luni în Târgu Frumos, unde vor dezvolta alături de voluntar
