Gamification: Training în Polonia
Selectăm 3 persoane, cu vârsta 18 +, pentru a participa la un training despre antreprenoriat social, în Polonia, oraşul Krzyżowa, în perioada 13-20 octombrie. Cazarea, masa și materialele de training sunt acoperite de organizatori, iar transportul este decontat în limita a 275 euro. Cei care doresc să participe, trebuie să realizeze o activitate sau un eveniment (online sau offline) pe o temă la alegere, în cadrul Centrului de Voluntariat Tîrgu Frumos. Activitatea sau evenimentului poate fi de orice tip (seminar, concurs, atelier, prezentare etc.), important e să fie implementat înainte de a pleca în Polonia.

„Gamification –Innovative Solutions for Social Issues” will be a 7-days Training Coursefor 27 youth workers and youth leaders from programme countries (Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Malta, Lithuania, United Kingdom and Czech Republic), designed to develop operational capacities of engaged organisations by learning innovative methods of youth social activation.
The project will explore gamification as a method of youth work, designed to engageyouth in solving problems of their localcommunities. Social engagement of youth will is expected to leverage youth position in their local communities, and thus preventsocial and economic exclusion.
Youth workers and youth leaders will discuss ways of engaging youth for taking actions for their communities, exchange good practices and discuss possible boundaries of engaging young people in social actions. Participants will learn principles of gamification –methodology of social engagement using elements of game mechanics and will develop methods of using the knowledge and skills in youth work.
The project will initiate network of organisations using gamification in youth work (also by creation of “Gamification Tool-box”), able to support each other and multiply good practices in different social contexts in Europe.
Participant Profile
Each partner organisation should select 3 participants, youth trainers or youth workers/ leaders.
Participants need to be aged over 18 years old.
Venue
The project will be hosted in a beautiful youth centre in Krzyżowa (http://krzyzowa.org.pl/index.php/en), located around 60 kilometers from Wroclaw.
The organisers will not organise any sightseeing tour in Wroclaw. If you would like to see the city, it is possible to arrive or leave up to 2 days earlier or leave up to 2 days after the project ends.
